The first day of the new year.

 

Over last year many have experienced the first ever true recession in their life time. Me too. We have no experience. However, we have to survive it. I just have the following thinking:

1. US economy is still in trouble. US government has no option other than printing money. This will cause US dollar to depreciate.

2. Resource/Commodities will appreciate against USD (oil, gold, rare metal mine).

3. Renewable energy will continuously receive support as many countries have realized that dependency on oil is dangerous.

4. Health care. Baby boomers are starting to retire.
